The company policies are quite flexible and respect everyone’s differences. It is also friendly toward women. There is very little overtime—I personally have never worked overtime. It is an environment where you can learn. The boss never scolds people, but has very high standards. At my previous company, the boss used to say some very harsh things during meetings.
The workload is fairly heavy, so you need to be able to solve problems independently. The company is relatively small, and you have to know how to do a bit of everything.
