Pros
Not much overtime, guaranteed 14 months of annual salary, and annual salary adjustments
Cons
The company hasn't made money in the past, so there aren't many profit-sharing bonuses. I've heard there are many long-tenured employees; some of them may be quite nitpicky and like to meddle in everything. The younger employees are generally easy to get along with.
