Not much overtime
The job posting on the human resources website requires an EE RD with many years of experience in R&D and designing circuits for consumer electronics. However, the actual job is to help customers confirm whether their completed circuit designs have any issues when having them fabricated and tested at Sander. This job doesn't require an R&D background or many years of experience, does it? The manager is also very good at making big promises, and the benefits are just average.
