Pros
None, because I can't think of any.
Cons
HR gives people an attitude that looks down on them, and the supervisor does too. After the interview, they just leave the interviewee to pack up their things and leave. Overall, it gives a very bad impression, so I advise everyone: don't go for an interview unless you want to be humiliated. I have no objection either way.
