HR showed extreme disdain for the interviewee. When asked why I left my previous job, I said bullying—can't that be a reason?? I don't understand.

They also acted extremely contemptuous, as if bullying couldn't possibly be a reason for leaving a job. (Can't psychological and physical harm be a reason?)

The job posting didn't say that ERP system skills were required, but when I arrived, they told me, “If you don't know ERP, we won't hire you ^^.”

They asked when I could start. I said three weeks later (after all, I hadn't resigned yet, and I would need to hand over my duties after resigning).

Then they said they needed someone to start immediately. They would only wait for you if you were outstanding enough ^^ Aloha, are they looking down on people????

Their own information says “available within one month” ^^.

What is this??? Hello????

It was truly a waste of time, and I even specifically took a day off.

They also made us fill out a whole bunch of questionnaires. Um... and then they didn't look at any of them.

Was I filling them out for fun?
