A few colleagues are quite nice, and they don't withhold salaries.
There are too many points to cover, so let's start with the two mentioned above.
·A few colleagues are quite nice—but the boss, the salesperson who calls herself the sales manager, and a certain senior executive are really…well.
·They don't withhold salaries—but the benefits and workplace atmosphere are very poor. Employees are also assigned cleaning duties. The senior executive is very keen on checking whether the cleaning is done properly, but never proactively shares in the company's common responsibilities herself—apart from riding out to deliver products to distributors. The only management method she knows is to tell the boss to fire employees who do not listen to her.
The sales staff and the senior executive also tell new hires that the people who worked there before were bad. At first, you may actually believe them, but after observing for a while, you will realize where the problem lies.
The boss will make it clear that you are expected to approach KOLs and ask them to promote the products for free.
Then, any good performance is credited to the sales staff, while poor performance can all be blamed on marketing, so there is no need to worry. This is actually quite convenient.
There is no system, and the management has neither management ability nor sound concepts. The system is constantly changing, so the brand can never build awareness. They only blame employees, so turnover is fairly high; people are either forced to leave after a year or two or quit on their own.
Overall, apart from the fact that they do not withhold salaries, there is really no reason to stay.
There is much, much more, but I can't be bothered to say more. I sincerely advise everyone not to try it lightly.
