I had a brief chat with a few longtime colleagues. The company is pretty good, with good pay and benefits, plenty of leave, and fair promotion opportunities. I don't know what the hell all those comments are complaining about. If you don't like the job, then leave. What can all that bullshit change? If you want overtime pay, go apply for it. If you want to move up, request a transfer to a headquarters unit. These are such simple issues—everyone has at least a bachelor's degree; is it really that hard to understand? What do you mean, older employees are pushing work onto others? I can only say that's not the case. There are plenty of highly capable longtime employees. Those of you with less than ten years of tenure keep talking, but you haven't even met your performance KPIs. What do you have to compare with others? You just keep taking the company's money while badmouthing it behind its back. You'd better just get lost.

It would be best if all the young people left. A bunch of young people who only know how to complain are completely useless. Think first about what you've actually accomplished.

All you do is blame others—no wonder you're part of the strawberry generation.
