You don’t have to clock in or out for work, and there’s a grace period, so it’s fairly flexible.

The boss makes everything sound so much better during the interview, saying that raises and bonuses are given very frequently… but in the two years I worked there, I only received one🥲 and it was just a little over a thousand, I think🙄 I don’t know whether they’re giving them out just for the sake of it or what. The salaries they offer are extremely low. During the interview, they ask what compensation you expect, and then offer you a salary that’s much, much lower than your expectations. Once the probation period is over, they come up with all sorts of reasons why they can’t give you a raise. And while all of this is said by the boss, the person who actually pays the money is the boss’s wife. She’s also extremely petty and stingy!
