Pros
1. The company is not too far from the MRT station
2. Leave work on time
3. A simple, uncomplicated environment
Cons
1. The boss has only just taken over, and nothing in the company is up and running yet
2. There is a huge amount of work to do—much of it miscellaneous—yet the company cannot offer a salary commensurate with the workload, and its benefits are uncompetitive and unattractive
3. The office interior is cramped and uncomfortable
