Pros
The impression from the interview was that there are diverse development projects and a willingness to innovate. The office is also quite nicely decorated, without the cold feel of a traditional office.
Cons
It seems they place relatively high demands on being able to contribute immediately. If you are new to the industry and hoping to learn, it may not be a good fit.
