Some colleagues are easy to get along with
Cons
The quality of entry-level employees is low, especially those who pretend to be competent. They verbally abuse newcomers and think they know everything. They allow officials to burn fires while forbidding ordinary people from lighting lamps. The standards are very low, and there are no benefits.
