Pros
The boss enthusiastically explained that the company has an American-style culture: freedom with accountability, no need to clock in, and flexible working hours!
Cons
As far as I know, companies with a so-called American-style culture should show great respect for interviewees and usually inform them whether or not they were hired. However, this company asked interviewees to cooperate with a whole host of things, only to subsequently disappear without a trace. I really cannot agree with this fake American-style culture…
