Cons
1. The flexible working hours in the software department are a sham. The flexible start time is 8:30–9:00, but if you arrive after 8:30, you have to report it to your supervisor. How is that flexible?
2. During a previous performance review, I was criticized for only wanting to leave work on time. Apparently, leaving on time is also a problem, while working beyond scheduled hours does not come with overtime pay.
3. The salary is very low; around 40K for a master's degree graduate.
