Pros
A boon for those with a sweet tooth
The boss and his wife are very nice
Cons
An emerging industry—you need to be prepared for the boss to frequently change decisions
Long working hours
The machines break down every two or three days; sometimes they break down together, and sometimes one after another
The boss likes to repair them himself and only calls a technician when he really can't fix them
It's very stressful when rushing to complete orders
