Beautiful scenery
If you want to claim unemployment benefits,
you can come here,
because Lion Pencil lays people off
very readily.
You can choose whether to be laid off
or resign voluntarily.
If you choose to be laid off, the HR lady will scare you by saying it will remain on your record! (Who would believe that?)
If you are lucky!? enough to come work here,
you can quickly get to know the so-called
Longtan Plant’s Iron Triangle (L, H, T).
L’s specialty: Leadership skills aren’t the point; the point is my surname.
H’s specialty: Ability isn’t the point; what matters is whether someone likes you.
T’s specialty: Known as the occupational-safety killer; getting things done isn’t the point—it’s all about how you deal with people.
After all that nonsense,
let’s get to the point.
If you want to gain interview experience, you can,
but if you’re thinking of working here,
you’d better think it over first.
Come here as a stepping stone,
kill some time,
see how things go,
and look for a better job while you’re here—okay.
But if you want to make this your long-term workplace,
you might as well give up now.
At the Lion Longtan site I know,
from 2019 to 2020, at least around ten people were laid off,
and around five resigned because they couldn’t take it anymore.
(The above refers to staff positions.)
The occupational-safety department’s turnover rate and layoff rate: 100%%%%%%
The above experience was purely a dream, so please don’t take it seriously.
