This is a graphic design position. The boss’s wife really wants you to search online for materials and will constantly ask, “Can’t we use this material? Isn’t it free?” She doesn’t like you designing or drawing patterns yourself because it’s too inefficient.
The boss’s wife seems to be Buddhist, right? She will ask everyone to chant scriptures along with her and wants to hear everyone chanting = =.
