The overall impression is that they want to hire experienced workers while offering the salary and conditions of a new hire.

On the first day of work, they taught me an overwhelming amount of material at a very fast pace and gave me almost no time to take notes. Then, on that very first day, they started criticizing my performance and saying that I was too slow. Things that had already been confirmed as completed the previous day would suddenly need to be changed the next day, but they would not tell you directly. Instead, they would silently place a notepad containing one or two lines of text in the folder of the file that needed to be changed. The colleagues there gave me the impression of pretending to be very friendly, while in reality acting superior, as if they were so impressive. After only five days of work, they dismissed me using a nonsensical excuse, which felt very unpleasant.
