Scheduled an interview after work~ So happy!

The annual salary structure only guarantees 12 months plus one bonus. The hiring manager proudly said that none of the people under him had ever received less than 13 months, and he himself had never received less than 14. That really isn't anything to be proud of. At my current job, I’m guaranteed 14 months; I’ve heard the average is 16–18, and I personally receive 19–21. So, calculated at Zhihe, the monthly salary would be off the charts. The thank-you letter also said that the monthly salary couldn't meet my expectations. Still, I feel it is a company with relatively good compensation, despite being Chinese-owned!
