Free tea and water
Occasional group meals
The colleagues are all very nice
Cons
A responsibility-based system with no overtime pay
A Taipei-based company, yet the salary is like that in southern Taiwan
The salary is underreported for tax purposes; ironically, it isn't even high
It's best to familiarize yourself with the relevant protections under the Labor Standards Act before joining, so you don't let your rights be taken advantage of
