Salary paid on time/early
6 days off per month
There are many tasks, and they are miscellaneous and demanding. You often have no time to rest. Whether you can take personal or sick leave depends on how busy the company is.
Overtime pay is often underpaid. Some national holidays may be days off (if you work, you may need to claim the 1.33–2× rate yourself).
You are often required to handle the boss’s relatives’ personal errands (ordering and picking up meals, buying cigarettes, snacks, and refreshments, and taking out the trash).
The boss’s work-related tasks are usually also passed on to you, and you cannot talk back or voice objections; otherwise, they will make things so difficult that you cannot continue working.
If you can accept all of the above, it is considered a fairly good job.
