Colleagues get along harmoniously, working hours are punctual, and the company distinguishes clearly between work and personal matters.
1. When the company wants you to leave, you are only allowed to choose voluntary resignation; there is no option for involuntary termination.
2. Managers love to make grand promises and do not take frontline employees’ opinions into consideration when making decisions.
3. Vacant positions are not filled, leaving everyone with an excessive workload.
4. There is office politics, and mistakes are often subjected to exaggerated scrutiny.
5. Internal systems are chaotic; if you cannot handle the handover well, you are labeled as needing to improve “cross-departmental communication.”
6. Long-time employees have serious workplace stereotypes about newcomers.
7. Your healthy, normal personality is driven to the point where you become unrecognizable, leaving you physically and mentally exhausted.
8. The pay is low and the workload is heavy.
