Apart from having punctual working hours, there are no advantages at all.
Absolutely none.
Basically, there are no salary raises because they are used to it.
Management always says one thing and does another, changing from one approach to another. There are no clear guidelines—how are people supposed to work??
Also, the supervisors are ridiculous. They even micromanage the purchase of stationery, including erasers, and dictate how envelopes should be sealed. It is so infuriating that I have nothing to say.
Colleagues like to shirk responsibility and pass anything they can on to others. The section manager is also terrible, with absolutely no sense of responsibility.
Office staff are very idle when things are slow; one overseas sales assistant with more than 10 years of seniority spends all day looking at stocks, Facebook, recipes, and even Korean dramas. They also use company resources for their own personal errands and take the work home. Just amazing.
The supervisors do not intervene because they do the same thing themselves.
If you really cannot find a job, you can try working there—they are very short-staffed.
