I want to share information about a system cabinet assembly company located in Bade that has the same name. The work is paid by the day, with no labor or health insurance. Overtime is paid at the hourly rate, while leaving early results in a deduction at the hourly rate. If you are going for a trial work period, please confirm first whether the probationary period is one month; otherwise, the owner will tell you to do the trial work first and discuss the pay later. If you do not confirm the number of probationary days in advance, you may end up working for free. This team will keep you past your scheduled finishing time, but not long enough to make you work a full additional hour, so they do not have to pay overtime. If you want to learn system cabinet assembly, I recommend finding a large company to learn from, as its policies and benefits will offer more protection. There is no need to consider this kind of company that likes to take advantage of people over minor benefits. I hope no one else gets taken advantage of by this Cai She System Cabinet Assembly company. I wish everyone success in finding a good company and making lots of money.
