The boss and my colleagues at the company are genuinely very nice.
There are no violations of the Labor Standards Act, salaries are paid on time, and there are subsidies for fuel and phone expenses.
People without experience can come here to learn—you really can learn a lot.
However, I still hope applicants have some foundational knowledge; otherwise, when discussing the drawings at the construction site, you may sometimes have trouble understanding 😅
When working in the construction industry, there really aren't separate days off, haha—you have to conduct inspections and provide support at any time.
