People who are familiar with general office chores may not get caught even if they slack off a lot!
At least colleagues speak to each other politely, but behind one another’s backs they actually complain about each other. Whether that’s good or bad, I’m not sure!
There aren’t many demands to develop or improve specific skills, which is a great blessing for people who dislike change!
Full firepower ahead! The relatives-and-favorites among Dejian’s senior management (don’t take this personally—I’m only talking about certain people) better pay attention! And the same goes for certain colleagues who slack off and cause trouble ^_^
1. In the morning, you first have to spend 15 minutes sweeping the classrooms of students attending classes. This can help you develop the good habit of sweeping regularly, so the company is considerate in that sense. Unfortunately, after sweeping for so long, my home still seems to be just as dirty, so I guess the habit was forced on me.
2. The company completely doesn’t understand what marketing is about, and the colleagues don’t seem to understand it either?!
Once you start working here, you’ll find that every month, every week, and even every day, you may be doing more or less the same things. The growth curve is close to zero. For people who want to live a stable life, this might be an advantage, but here’s a joke for everyone: working in marketing while seeking stability is truly ironic. In any case, in the week after I left, I learned roughly as much at my next job as I learned here in a month. Take that as a reference.
3. The salary and benefits aren’t so low that you feel exploited, but if you want to climb the ladder, you really don’t need to come here.
4. Occasionally, there are events that require you to provide support, but if you later want to convert the compensatory leave into money, you may face many obstacles. Hey! You might ask whether this violates the Labor Standards Act? No—it doesn’t. The company is simply shameless, and it won’t accept it until you keep pushing and pushing. In the end, everyone just accepts the compensatory leave, so this really needs to be improved. Otherwise, one day an employee may really take you on, and you’ll be in for a lot of trouble.
5. There is no overtime pay! Even if you want to plan your projects better and try to achieve better results, sorry—the company will recognize your efforts and give you verbal support, but no other reward. Everyone, please maintain a decent work efficiency. Since the proposals are the same every time and you only need to make minor changes to the content, the work can actually be quite easy.
6. Occasionally, during meetings, you have to listen to people who completely don’t understand your position instructing you on how to work. If you try to raise the issue with certain senior managers, some colleagues with no drive or ambition will stop you, and then next time you’ll continue listening to senior managers complain about you. Consider it an example of poor problem-solving ability for everyone’s reference.
I hope this post performs well for SEO, so that newcomers who want to join Dejian in the future can see it. I’m not intentionally trying to bring down this company, but Dejian is indeed one of the companies most in need of improvement that I’ve ever encountered. Everything above is the result of my painstaking effort. I’m the kind of person who won’t bother you if you don’t bother me; give me the benefits I’m entitled to, and I’ll praise you to the skies. But if you give me practically nothing, I’ll definitely tear you apart. I’m saying this so that certain people can see the truth, rather than remain forever deceived by certain people who love putting on a show. I hope the company can continue to improve.
