Pros
No waiting.
Cons
The interview was casual. Aside from bringing my own résumé, the interviewer had not reviewed my CV online in advance.
Currently, the company only has an office in Kaohsiung, but for positions such as regional supervisors in other areas, applicants are required to go to Kaohsiung at their own expense.
After the interview, they did not notify me of the outcome, so it felt like a waste of money to go there.
