Pros
The supervisor is very persuasive, like a direct-sales representative, giving people lots of confidence.
Cons
The insurance coverage brackets are illegal and the coverage is far too low. They would rather risk being fined than provide proper insurance. For various reasons, the turnover rate is extremely high.
