1. The requirements for applying to the IT department are not particularly high, so the salaries for frontend and backend engineers are relatively low, but it is quite suitable for gaining experience and honing your skills.
2. A considerable number of frontend and backend technologies are used, but to ensure the company's website operates stably over the long term, the frontend architecture is mostly pure PHP. It does not use frameworks such as Laravel or CI, and object-oriented programming is rarely used.
