The office is next to the Shin Kong Building, so I guess employees’ salaries all go toward paying the rent. On top of that, they didn’t even offer a glass of water during the interview.
This company’s reputation is just like what you see online here. The interview included nearly an hour of logic questions; for this kind of test, at most five similar questions would have been enough. They ask for top talent and English fluency, then offer a little over 30,000? Judging by appearances, the employees inside are all very young. It feels like the company wants to use cheap labor and is also afraid that people will learn from them. The questions asked during the HR interview were all quite normal and okay, but the interview with the boss was ridiculous. They asked some completely nonsensical questions, such as whether I would take the company’s stationery home??? (Who would admit to taking it if they did???) and what I would do if I won the lottery??? (Why not wait until you win before thinking about these questions???) They kept asking psychological questions that they thought could reveal someone’s character. The main point is, how much are you offering? 50,000 to 100,000??? This kind of boss wants someone inexpensive who is also top talent and can do everything, while seeming very afraid that the person will learn from them. Please—if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. Just a lousy boss who only pays low wages.
