Pros
A company with a heart... that's the only way to put it.
Lots of benefits, freedom, and transparency.
Almost everything mentioned on 104 is true, whether it's the benefits, bonuses, or freedom and transparency~
What I find even more valuable is that the boss genuinely listens to employees' voices and responds promptly. This is truly rare in Taiwan's workplace environment.
Cons
It's just very busy during the peak season.
However, there is a corresponding, reasonable, and even generous overtime pay and bonus system.
