The colleagues are also very easy to get along with. People like Da Xiong and Le Le, for example, are very humorous. There is none of the infighting you might find at other companies; everyone helps each other complete exhibitions. The office atmosphere is great, everyone gets along well, and we have strong relationships outside of work too—we even had a gathering recently.

Communication takes more time in a larger group.

You need to have the motivation to learn new information, and you often have to work overtime on weekends. However, if you are looking for a large-company job where you can coast until retirement, this is not the place for you.
