Very good at making grand promises

They really made the job sound good during the interview, but after I actually started working there, I discovered that things were different from what they had originally said.

I returned to the company to fill out an overtime form after working overtime, and my supervisor said that the lunch break had to be deducted.

This is especially true for employees who are about to resign. If you resign at the end of the month, the supervisor will deliberately make sure you have not worked the full month so the company can save some money. Of course, they use the incomplete month as an excuse to start deducting money here and there.

I also heard that an employee was planning to resign after the New Year, but the boss’s wife told that employee to pay back their year-end bonus!

On top of that, when you need to fill out an overtime form, the supervisor acts as if they may or may not sign it, and even says, “If it’s work you were supposed to finish yourself, why did you need to work overtime to finish it?”

There are clearly not enough construction workers on site, yet the company keeps recruiting administrative staff. We asked the company whether they were also looking for construction workers.

The supervisor replied, “Which one of you is good at allocating manpower?!”

I was speechless. I was asking whether you were still looking for construction workers, and you answered me about manpower allocation?

Are you kidding me?

The company also checks the on-site clock-in records, call records from the plant machines, and so on!

In summary: The supervisor and the boss’s wife at this company are really stingy and don’t trust their employees.
