1. The promotion system is inadequate, especially regarding salaries and labor insurance. I only worked there for a few weeks and then left, so I couldn't be bothered to report it.
2. The operations SOPs are disorganized, communication is poor, and a group of people spend the entire day running around pointlessly.
3. The company culture is not about solving problems; instead, people shift responsibility whenever possible or pretend that it is a communication issue.
4. Before joining, they make everything sound very good, but after joining, the salary is not the amount stated above.
