A good place to practice patience

There is no reception desk or receptionist. When you walk into the office, the first thing you see is an extremely cluttered office, with everyone’s desk packed to the brim.

After finding someone, they first take you around to check whether anyone is using each interview room. Once they find an unoccupied interview room, you begin taking an aptitude test, have the interview, take another aptitude test, and wait for them to run the data (?)

Personally, I don’t think waiting is a major issue, but they should explain to the candidate why they need to wait instead of leaving the candidate in the interview room for nearly half an hour, then coming in and saying, “Please wait a moment; we need to run the data.”

The aptitude test took even longer than the interview. During the interview, they asked the same questions many times, which made me wonder whether there was something wrong with my ability to express myself.
