The base salary is extremely low.
My department is the testing department.
The main work is testing chips.
Apart from the team leader and me, everyone else is a foreign worker.
They pressure us to work overtime; if we do not, they threaten to deduct from our performance evaluation.
Moreover, overtime now requires going back and forth between two plants.
They make it sound nice by telling you that working more overtime lets you learn more.
In reality, no one wants to work overtime, so they keep transferring people back and forth.
Those considering joining really need to think twice.
It is best not to join.
