Pros
No need to work overtime; unfinished work at the end of the workday can be taken home and completed as unpaid overtime.
Accommodation is provided, so there is no need to worry about finding a place to live.
When moving out, a cleaning fee of ¥30,000 (at the current rate) must be paid; cleaning is done by internal staff.
The company covers the cleaning fee itself.
Colleagues get along well and are all comrades working hard together, so they are especially empathetic.
Cons
Most are inexperienced, so quality varies considerably.
