Pros
The colleagues’ personalities are okay.
Cons
1. The company has little professionalism; it only outsources work to profit from the price difference and save money. Being a middleman is very profitable.
2. Upper management really likes cultivating political and business connections so that the company can continue operating smoothly.
3. There are lots of unpleasant people and ridiculous things. If you can’t let it go, then go ahead.
