Pros
When I first arrived, they were very good at flattering employees 🤮
Cons
The boss has questionable character
Poor emotional control
Often speaks in an aggressive, overbearing manner
Whenever something happens, they don't think things through and just anxiously ask questions
They don't solve problems 🤷♀️; they expect you to demonstrate your own “value”
