1. You have to clean every day, write a work journal, and new employees have to write reflections. Life here is like living as an elementary or middle school student, so it is very unsuitable for people who value freedom.

2. The supervisors have a very poor attitude and are extremely impolite.

3. New employees have two senior colleagues directly assigned to them, but the ones I encountered were not very good at training others. There is no well-established training program, and the employees overall are relatively young.
