The atmosphere at work is pretty good and relatively relaxed.

You have to perform at the year-end banquet. Traveling down from Taipei is exhausting, and you still have to go on stage and perform.

You’re required to wear a uniform, and you can’t wear jeans or casual pants. You can’t wear sneakers or canvas shoes either :)

There apparently isn’t any overtime pay; it’s a fixed-responsibility system. After hearing that rotating holiday duty pays only NT$500 per day, I no longer wanted to join.
