1. The company is considerate toward fresh graduates with no experience and asks you to work overtime, hoping you can get up to speed as quickly as possible. It’s so touching it nearly brings you to tears.
2. “Reasonable demands are training; unreasonable demands are tempering.” You’ll deeply understand this here. There’s no overtime pay, only a meal allowance for working late. Yay.
3. The company has no year-end bonus, but it does offer performance bonuses. Performance bonuses are issued depending on the circumstances. Considering that fresh graduates just entering the workforce need to save money, they won’t be issued—after all, you’d spend them anyway.
4. To foster employee solidarity, there’s a morning meeting at 8:00 a.m. Besides work, the meeting includes sharing little stories, current events, and various miscellaneous things. Sob sob sob sob, how moving! Where else can you find a company that cares so much about its employees?
5. The dormitory reminds you of the studio apartments exclusively rented to students during your university days, bringing back memories of your impoverished student life.
6. There are no systems or procedures for the work. How wonderful—you have to learn self-reliance and develop the ability to work independently.
7. The employee turnover rate is high. After working there long enough, it’s easy to become a veteran employee, reliving the feeling of being the top dog during your military service.
8. You’re at location A today and location B tomorrow, training you to teleport instantaneously. So this isn’t a design company after all, but a magic-teaching company!
9. The company is highly ambitious, but it needs employees’ help to achieve its goals, teaching you how to start from scratch.
1. Sob sob sob, the company is too wonderful—I can’t think of any shortcomings.
