The boss has emotional management issues. When he notices a small mistake, he starts yelling at people without getting the facts straight, then keeps bringing it up from time to time (there actually wasn’t any mistake, but he completely refuses to listen to explanations). No one in the company likes him—not even clients or business partners want to take his calls. He often speaks in a condescending manner and tone. If he goes to a meeting, fails to explain what happened afterward, and then says you did something wrong and that it doesn’t add up at all #$@#$@ (of course it doesn’t add up when he has just returned from a meeting and hasn’t explained what was changed). In short, everything is always someone else’s problem, and he often suspects that employees are slacking off and makes arbitrary deductions from their pay.
Don’t waste your time at this company. He doesn’t like anyone anyway. After you’ve been there for one month, he’ll start thinking you’re no good and that you keep making mistakes (he gives new employees absolutely no time to learn, yet expects them to know everything right away). After two months, he’ll start thinking about driving you out.
