It seems you need to have a strong heart to work here. There are many rules: emails must follow the SOP examples, and you will be reprimanded if the punctuation is incorrect. When printing reports, you have to calculate the headers and footers properly, and operating the office software also has to follow the SOP. New employees are best able to get up to speed quickly..
It took me about two weeks to adapt to the new system.. It’s inevitable that I made some mistakes, but I’m working hard to correct them.
Unexpectedly, I happened to see the Taichung supervisor complaining to the Taipei supervisor, saying that~ even though I have extensive work experience, based on her 20 years of experience in “managing people and recruiting,” if I did not have her favor, this company was not suitable for “experienced” people who “lack a sense of responsibility” to work at, and I should not waste her “valuable work time”... After reading these words, my heart sank.
If I continue working here, no matter how hard I try, it will be useless if I do not win the favor of the Taichung supervisor.
If you are thinking of applying for this job, think twice.
