1. Working hours are basically from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

At first, HR said that overtime would be occasional and unpaid. In reality, I only found out after starting that overtime was a fixed, regular occurrence, so it felt like stepping into a huge pit.

2. High employee turnover. The reason is as mentioned above; you can get an idea of how high the turnover is by looking at the continuous job postings on 104.

3. The salary looks high on the surface. For overseas assignments, the base is approximately NT$800,000–1,000,000 per year. However, if you do not last a full year, you simply receive a low monthly salary and then leave. To earn a million, you have to stay for at least a year and a half.
