The colleagues are nice and easy to get along with. There are free chemical drinks to have, and once every week or two there is stress-resistance training. You are not working a shift but learning psychological warfare, gaining experience with being laid off.
However, the supervisor is extremely emotional, difficult to communicate with, and unwilling to listen. There is a wide range of things to learn, and every month you have to come up with proposals that create trouble for yourself. Much of the time, it is not a discussion but simply an attempt to nitpick you. The office atmosphere is extremely poor.
