Pros
1. The manager is very nice, leads with both skill and heart, and does not make things difficult for newcomers. They patiently teach work techniques and concepts.
2. The salary is good.
Cons
The company atmosphere is very dull, like a library. Those who do not mind can give it a try; everything else is very good.
