None at all
This was my first job that I quit on the very day I reported for work. I left at around 8:50–10:20.
1. There are no SOPs.
2. There was no training when I started, and no one was assigned to show me the ropes.
3. The veterans showed no respect for others at every turn.
4. They lure people in with high salaries but cannot retain employees, so they are constantly urgently hiring.
I wrote the details on 面試趣. If you’re interested, you can take a look. All I can say is, really don’t take this job—not even going to report for work is worth wasting your life and time.
