Cons
1. There are so many performance evaluation criteria that you could teach a whole-day course on them.
2. Lacking certifications and having no experience is acceptable, but the performance targets are the same as those for other new hires with experience.
3. Training can be canceled at any time, yet you are still expected to sell and meet performance targets without it. Highly not recommended for people without relevant experience.
