Workplace reviews and discussion: 璟宏興業股份有限公司

Nothing to do at work; just stare into space until the end of the workday.

Very suitable for retirement life.

1. The boss only values the sales department; other departments are unimportant. Even when a deal handled by another department is successfully closed, it is credited to the sales department?!

2. It is a family business with many older employees who cannot use computers, so efficiency is very low.

3. There is serious conflict between departments, but the sales department is always right.

4. Don’t worry if your salary is paid late, because the accounting department didn’t have time to calculate and process it—not because of financial difficulties.
