Friendly colleagues
1. The company does not keep its promises (what was mentioned during the interview was very different from the actual work situation; although shift rotation was mentioned, the standards were inconsistent among employees who joined at the same time)
2. The boss has extremely little empathy (the workplace is highly stressful. Although overtime on Saturdays is not mandatory, if an employee does not participate in overtime, the boss will make sarcastic and mocking remarks during meetings on regular workdays)
3. The company does not have a clear promotion system (future promotion criteria are not clearly defined, so treatment among employees is very unequal)
4. The company’s scheduling efficiency is poor (last-minute orders are frequently inserted)
This company is unable to communicate effectively, and the boss often makes disparaging remarks.
For the sake of your future, please think carefully. Taiwan is a big place, and I believe this company is not your best choice. I offer you my best wishes. Young people, take good care of yourselves.
